NEW EVENING CLASSES NOW STARTED!!
Started in the summer of 2010, the classes quickly took off and over a year later each class is packed full of regulars and newbies. Located in Framingdale Gymnastics Academy at 121 Carolyn Blvd, Farmingdale, NY 11735, a huge indoor facility with top class equipment and spring loaded floor.

As long as weather permits there will be a free outdoor bootcamp open to all Farmingdale residents at the track at Farmingdale High School at 11th Ave and Woodward Parkway. This class will start at 7.00 am. See our articles for a review of the last outdoor bootcamp.
