More of our bootcampers taking part in Mud Runs acrosse New York state.An awesome tool for weight loss and gaining strength.  We use kettle bells in most of our workouts.From spring through fall I run a free outdoor bootcamp for the community at Allen Park at 7am. This summer some of my bootcampers entered muds runs across New York. They had a great time participating and with having a goal in mind they acheived their fitness goals.
